MSAHAH INTERIORS

As part of a recently completed interior design project by Msahah Interiors, for a private villa, Yana Svetlova Wallcoverings were selected to bring artistry and distinction to the space.

The design features the B13 motif, meticulously hand-painted and hand-embroidered on artificial silk. These bespoke wallcoverings lend an air of sophistication while introducing a striking artistic accent, underscoring the individuality of the interior.

The project is further elevated with wall sculptures from the Yana Svetlova Atelier collection. These works harmonise seamlessly with the broader design concept, enriching the ambience with a sense of luxury and refinement.

To complement the decorative elements, the finishes include plain-textured wallcoverings crafted from abaca and linen. Their natural textures bring warmth and softness, striking a balance with the richness of the hand-painted and hand embroidered designs. This interplay of refined detailing and organic simplicity creates an inviting and elegant atmosphere.

At the heart of the design, the B13 motif wallcoverings command attention with their artisanal execution. The handcraftsmanship is further accentuated by a carefully curated colour palette of neutral and warm tones, chosen to harmonise with the villa’s luxurious materials and decorative accents.

The result is an interior that seamlessly merges contemporary design trends with traditional artistry. It is a space that celebrates exclusivity, craftsmanship, and individuality—an environment where modern living meets timeless elegance.

“Design is not just about aesthetics; it’s about the atmosphere, the energy a space radiates. Every wall tells a story, and my mission is to bring those stories to life with the finest materials and artistic mastery.”

From her early days in interior design to showcasing her work at ICFF New York, Maison & Objet Paris, and MosBuild, Yana has built a brand that resonates with top designers, architects, and homeowners worldwide.

Wilde Dreams was developed in collaboration with eminent fashion designer Harris Reed, affectionately named for evoking a certain Oscar Wilde-ness. Crimson flowers and meandering branches, with pops of pink, sing out against a backdrop of kingfisher blue moiré silk.

The distinctive rippling effect of moiré adds depth, texture, and intrigue—a finish historically sought after in high fashion and couture for its opulence.
