In wallcoverings made of natural materials involving manual labor acceptable are minor differences in color shade (3-5%), minor non-painting, minor deviations in pattern and rapport. Acceptable are minor differences between the canvases in the form of thickness of layers, uneven fibers, (veneer, cork, sisal, etc.). This is due to the nature of materials used and is inevitablel part of manual production process.
After unpacking the roll, please check that color, pattern and length correspond correctly to your order. Edges of the roll may be wrinckled (2-3 cm on each side).
If a defect appears do not cut rolls, return the complete order in its original packaging. No quality complaints are accepted if rolls are cut or glued.
We recommend to engage professionally qualified and experienced teams only to install wallcoverings on walls or cabinetry.
